Role Overview

YONECO is seeking applications from experienced and qualified professionals for the Agribusiness Development Officer role. The successful candidate will drive enterprise growth and support youth-led agricultural initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

The incumbent will oversee a sustainable revolving fund targeted at youth agribusinesses. Responsibilities include assisting youth farmers with enterprise development and business planning, tracking input distributions, managing loan repayments and financial records, and conducting educational sessions covering financial literacy, agribusiness management, and Good Agricultural Practices (GAP). Additionally, the officer will track farmer progress and assist with impact tracking and project reporting.
